My Word Art Wont Print in Word on Mac
Howdy Karen,
I exercise not have a Mac and am writing from my experiences with the Windows version. That version is like, only the two are non the same. While I've used Give-and-take on a Mac, that was a long time ago. Nonetheless, I hope that I can be of some help.

Part for the Mac has undergone dramatic changes in Office 2016/365. Developers are trying hard to make the Mac and Windows versions have the same or equivalent features. They are making real progress. Notwithstanding, fixing one thing sometimes breaks others.
You tin can apply the User Feedback feature to let them know if they've broken something. There may exist a ready coming soon. I'd suggest checking for updates - it may take several tries for Office to recognize that there is an update, so try checking a few times.
In the meantime, I propose using a previous version or update until it is fixed.
To do that, you'll need to uninstall the current version, download the old version, and install it.

Hi Charles,
This is a very in depth and great aid, I am extremely grateful every bit I idea I was going mad. Sometimes you can spend hours trying to resolve something exterior of your command. I think going dorsum to the previous version may resolve this as you brash as this only occurred since the latest update. Much appreciated, thank you.

What version are you running of Mac Office and what is the version of Mac OS you are running?
Did yous happen to endeavor restarting your calculator after the update and testing if the trouble was still occurring?
Does the WordArt appear correctly on screen? How does it appear in Print Preview?

Hi Rich,
I'1000 running Word for Mac version sixteen.sixteen on my Mac OS High Sierra 5 ten.13.6. Yes to shut down and re-start was the starting time thing I did effort merely it made no divergence. I take a discussion art logo which appears the acme of my word docs but every time I print it shifts it to the middle and right hand side of the page and makes it huge so that only a couple of characters of information technology appear on the page. Can't seem to go effectually this and can only assume it is an update issue as information technology never happened before the update. Thanks for your response and communication.

Could you show u.s. some screenshots showing that the WordArt appears in the file and in Print Preview?
Notation: Remove whatsoever private information earlier uploading the screenshots.
Does the result happen in a specific file? If you lot endeavor press it on another Mac, what's the result?

Use the Grin button in Word to send a report to Microsoft so they know they should fix this. I've seen a few other reports of this. It'due south important to allow Microsoft know.
In the concurrently, you can restore version 16.15 from your Fourth dimension Machine fill-in and use that, instead.

@Cliff - This is a known issue. Of grade she needs aid with this upshot. It has not been stock-still, yet. How about you check the bug database and brand certain it is properly logged and let us know that the dev team knows about this and is working on a solution?
